Sweater: H&M, Jeans: Gap (This year's version) Shoes: Steve Madden, Sunglasses: Urban Outfitters

Hello Everyone!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I thought today's post is the perfect opportunity to chat a little and since it's a day off for Columbus Day...it's the perfect casual easy outfit.

So to start lets talk about the outfit. This sweater is under $20...I KNOW....run don't walk to grab this beauty! It is maybe the cutest sweater I have seen yet this season. Of course its a neutral...chunky knit....turtleneck. Right up my alley. I just paired it casually with my favorite distressed jeans and lace up flats. The sweater fits a little wide and slightly oversized which I LOVE. I will say though this is not a sweater that goes with leggings. Its a sweater you need to wear with pants or a high-waisted skirt due to the fact that it's shorter hemline. I got a size small for reference :)

Next up, so this past weekend (after I shot these pictures) I got a new cut and color!! I am super excited about it. For me, its short hair but for normal human beings it is probably medium to long still haha. I have a hard time really getting the nerve to chop my hair. I love long hair but my hair needed a chop due to my ends being pretty dead and damaged. I have a confession, the last time I cut my hair was back in February!! Ah Is anyone else like this? Procrastinate on their hair!? I also wanted to lighten up my hair. I just needed a change!!

Lastly, today is my husband Jude's Birthday!!! A Huge Happy Birthday to the best loving man I've ever met! I was so excited to surprise him with this "gift" that I gave it to him last night! We are going on a trip to Nashville!!! We seriously haven't been on getaway for SO LONG (since before Eli was born!). SO my fellow readers, let me know if you have been to Nashville or live there and give me all the hot spots to check out! ;)

Alrighty, that is all for today!!! I hope you all have a great week ahead! Thanks for visiting!! XO
